Beef Shorthorn steak was voted 2nd of all native breeds in the Country Life’s beef
tasting session – February 09 edition.
Organic beef can be collected from the farm or delivered by arrangement.
Joints are roughly 2kg to 4kg
All organic beef joints are vacuum packed
Steaks range in size from roughly 8oz to 12oz
Fresh organic beef is available to pre-order for delivery from 30th June onwards –
please order now in advance
Otherwise frozen organic beef is normally available
